BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF: BRIDGING THE GAP ON WELLNESS

The aim of the sessions is to bring transparency and connection. With 1 in 4 people experiencing mental health issues each year, it is important to stay on top of each stage of each person’s journey. 

The Wellness session is there for me to share their experiences on how I was able to overcome personal struggles, depression and other circumstances to become who they are today and to bridge the gap with fitness, wellbeing and goal setting.
