Selling virtually anything

24 Nov 2021
The pandemic forced most sectors to catch up with digital transformation. Businesses, that had relied on their
salespeople to meet customers face to face, had to act quickly and adapt to the new normal. Digital
transformation was a no-brainer for them, a transformation from in-person selling to virtual selling. Research
shows the effectiveness of virtual selling in improving closing rates and revenue and that the majority of
salespeople envision selling remotely post-pandemic. There are, however, indications of obstacles being in the
way of salespeople fully reaching the potential of virtual sales. Gilsi will cover those obstacles, how to overcome
them and give a glimpse into research that CrankWheel conducted on our user’s best practices when it comes to
virtual selling.
