Why Exhibitions Are Great For Your Business

Following on from an infographic posted on our Instagram page @thebusinessshowuk, this article will take you through the benefits of exhibitions for your business by listing some statistics. The point to the ever-growing success that can be gained from exhibiting at trade shows.

 

The Statistics:

  • 64% of exhibitors plan to exhibit at more shows in 2023 than compared to 2022 (Sоurсе: Display Wizard Trade Show Exhibitor Report 2022)

  • 70% of businesses exhibiting at trade shows generated brand awareness and new leads in 2022. (As above).

  • 65% of businesses agreed that in-person exhibitions were a very valuable part of their marketing strategies. (Source: Display Wizard Covid 19 Trade Show Report 2022).

  • 75% of exhibitors predicted a positive future for business shows. This includes better lead generation, brand awareness, and a greater ROI. (Display Wizard Exhibitor Survey).

  • On average it takes 4.5 sales calls to close a sale, but with a lead from an exhibition it only takes 3.5. (CEIR: ‘The Cost effectiveness of Exhibition Participation: Part II).

  • Face-to-face networking works! 71% of SMEs generated business from this method. Exhibitions are great places for growing your contact list. (Display Wizard SME survey).

 

This speaks to how invaluable it can be to exhibit at a business exhibition. Sometimes the more traditional face-to-face methods of a trade show win out over modern digital marketing methods.
