After 20 years working in Director roles in a multi-national environment , I've had the pleasure of helping over 100 SMEs to build their strategies for growth and success. I'm a great believer in clarity and straight-talking and I believe we can complicate strategy - it ends up being a dry document we never look at. A good strategy should make your life so much easier. It makes your day to day choices easier, prioritisation easier, and enables you to work with others in one direction. It will enable you to stop stuff as much as you start it. I can help you build one and turn it into a reality.

Consultancy & Strategy Days: Work closely with you to build a high level strategy, backed up by resourcing, org, operational and marketing strategy. Many people like to immerse themselves in a Strategy Day with pre and post-work but we can find the way that works best for you. If you have a Board or wider team, having external support can be particularly helpful to deal with challenge and keep you on track.
Starter Package: If you are not sure what you want, are just starting out or want a reset, we can start with the originally named, Starter Package.
- 3 hours of 1:1 time with me (one block or over two sessions) via Zoom
- Through prep, homework, and review (by me and you!) we’ll get clear on the fundamental direction for your business, growth and success.
- Just £549+VAT (£660 total).
- If you’ve already done the online course, we will be able to go even deeper and focus on specific aspects to your business, operational or marketing strategy
Mentoring and Non Exec Board Member:
My support doesn’t have to end with a one-off strategy session.
Sometimes you want someone to bounce ideas off ,to give you ideas and suggestions, to hold you to account on your progress or just check in on you on an ongoing basis.
I can offer you affordable Mentoring & advisor packages –tailored to your needs. I can act as your Non-Executive Board member, there to give you healthy challenge.
