Health = Happiness was founded in 2018 by Alison Dawkes, a qualified Nutritional Therapist specialising in Gut Health.  As someone with IBS herself, Alison has at the heart of her business model a desire to help others become symptom free so they can live a full life.   Menopause has also become another specialist area for Alison, and she has a firm belief that education and an understanding of this phase of life can help with symptom management as well as relief.

Client comfort and relief, not money, is the biggest motivation for Alison.  She works on a personal 1:1 approach with her clients, giving them the unique and personalised nutrition advice that they need for their challenge or desire.  We are all different, as are our health challenges or goals, so this should be kept in mind when looking for solutions.  You will not find a round peg in a square hole when working with Alison!

Alison also provides workshops to corporates on Menopause and Gut Health, giving employees education and guidance on these 2 interlinked areas.
