HR Fit for Purpose is a multi award winning HR Consultancy specialising in creating healthy workplace cultures as well as supporting clients with the end to end life cycle of their people.  We provide end to end strategic HR planning and operational HR support right from creating and writing your people plan down to implementing the HR framework alongside all the legislative policies and procedures.

Our founder set up the business after experiencing a mental health breakdown caused by the stress of bullying in the workplace.  The culture of a once healthy organisation became toxic very quickly following the actions of just a couple of people resulting in the loss of funding, reputation, people and its celebrity Patron.  Our founder's true memoire of this workplace experience is immortalised in their book, Bandits in the Boardroom and the lessons learnt from this experience are invaluable in terms of supporting our clients with achieving a healthy workplace culture.
