Starting in client servicing, within top ten advertising agencies, she developed her foundation to problem solving, creative thinking, building award-winning brands, and integrated marketing solutions. Given her innate problem solving and data analytical mind she sought to be at the helm of business and commercial development. Strategically driving revenue growth; pivoting and taking businesses forward. It was during this journey she realised her passion was enabling step change growth and why she set up her own growth consultancy business, to impart her wisdom and experience to help shape companies wishing to push to the next level.
