With our Head Office being based near London in Essex, our clients range from Government agencies and large financial institutions, to local schools and individuals.

We are a unique business that offers the following range of services:

  • Document scanning

We provide onsite and offsite scanning services for a range of clients, including local councils and the NHS, as our strict preparation and scanning procedures ensure files are treated with the care they deserve. We digitise all formats of paper from bus ticket size through to A0 and our Optical Character Recognition solution provides a ‘Google’ type search to find key words in a scanned document.

If you would prefer to perform the scanning in-house, we provide the scanning equipment and train your staff to prepare and scan your documentation to the highest quality.

  • Document archiving/storage

We can store your documents in archive boxes or within our live filing environment; managing your records through to destruction at the end of their retention term. Should any documentation be required, our scan-on-demand service includes file retrieval through to digitisation within 2-4 hours of the request.

We also offer dedicated storage spaces for our clients who require that added extra security or specialised storage requirements.

  • Commercial storage

We can help reduce your office or warehouse space by collecting your items, ongoing distribution and full pick and packing of assets. We also offer delivery direct to our warehouse with inventory compilation, storage and full distribution reporting.

  • Confidential paper shredding and IT destruction

Depending on your destruction requirement, we provide fixed furniture consoles, wheeled plastic bins, waste sacks and cardboard boxes for you to load your documents/IT equipment into. We empty these on a regular or scheduled basis and confidentially destroy the contents, providing you with a Certificate of Destruction.

  • Business moves

Our Business Relocation team includes a dedicated Project Manager to tailor your move any day of the week. Our team carefully pack your items, barcoding and photographing each item to form an inventory for ease of call off once the office is ready for staff to move in.

  • Racking and shelving solutions

Our Chartered Surveyor will design an optimum storage solution, tailored to your needs and budget. A dedicated Project Manager will work with you on each phase of the process, from initial design to the completion of the installation.

  • Warehouse Equipment Hire and Staff Training

We hire out a range of warehouse equipment, including scissor lifts, pump trucks and forklifts and service and maintain the equipment. We also offer training for your staff who operate Mobile Elevating Work Platforms to obtain their PAL card and IPAF licence.

We provide a range of other services for your records management needs, including Barcode, QR & Label Printing, and would be delighted to speak to you on your specific requirements and to provide a tailored solution.
