It provides business mentoring services, networking opportunities, courses on how to become a published author or professional speaker, and has created a private digital members club for individuals to learn from industry experts whilst building their personal network.  

With combined business experience of 25+ years, Byron and Bianca are passionate about providing tangible and actionable advice to support the advancement of entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs alike. They have developed the Self Made mentoring community which has helped over 500 founders to make their business ideas a reality, and provided them with strategies to achieve 6-7 figures in their businesses.

Bianca Miller-Cole is a Personal Brand Expert, Speaker, Sunday Times Bestselling Author, Serial Entrepreneur, Business Coach & Mentor.

Bianca started The Be Group in 2012 with the belief that all individuals should be able to access personal brand development services. She has grown an impressive client list including HSBC, Facebook, BT, American Express and Tesco to name a few.

Bianca was also a final contestant on the BBC business competition, The Apprentice, in 2014. As runner-up, this experience helped push her business dreams to become reality.

She has since co-authored two bestselling books with her husband and fellow established serial entrepreneur, Byron. The first title, 'Self Made: The Definitive Guide to Startup Business Success' was published in 2017, and Sunday Times Bestselling book 'The Business Survival Kit' was published in 2021.
