What Is Uber Courier?Uber Courier is Uber’s on-demand package delivery offering, integrated into the Uber app. It allows users to send or receive small parcels quickly and conveniently—whether it’s forgotten keys, a last-minute gift, or essential business documents.

How it works for riders: Tap the Courier icon in the Uber app, enter pickup and drop-off locations, choose the product, and a nearby Courier will collect and deliver it.

Courier experience: Delivery partners receive Courier requests in their Courier app—similar to Uber Eats trips—and may accept or decline. Eligibility may require reviewing key information on Courier deliveries

Features & Capabilities:

• On‑Demand & Same‑Day Service: Items are typically delivered within minutes/hours, leveraging Uber Eats' existing delivery infrastructure.
• Security Measures: Courier supports features such as live trip tracking, PIN verification, and shareable delivery updates for both sender and recipient peace of mind.
• Policy & Liability: Users must follow Uber’s packaging and prohibited items policies. Uber does not insure packages.

• Saver: Cheaper, slower shipping (30-60 minutes). Best for non-urgent, cost-sensitive deliveries.
• Priority: More expensive, faster shipping. Best for urgent or important deliveries.
