Founded in 1994, vomFASS is a family-run franchise company based in Waldburg in Upper Swabia, Germany. From there, more than 235 partner shops in over 24 countries are supplied directly. The range of products includes exquisite vinegars, oils, finefood, as well as exclusive spirits and wines. Look • Taste • Enjoy is our motto, which we live sustainably.

In addition to the zero-waste shop-concept (vom Fass means “right from the cask” in german), we are actively committed to a transparent supply chain, climate-neutral production, and the promotion of charitable initiatives for society and the environment.

Our headquarters in Waldburg, Germany, houses also our logistical center, responsible for global product dispatch, as well as our production facility. At vomFASS, we also attach great importance to the quality of our products, be it our vinegars, which are made from 100% fruit in our own production facilities or maintaining outstanding quality standards thanks to our long-standing partnerships with selected producers and suppliers.

The key to our success lies not only in the emphasis on product enjoyment, quality, and sustainability, but above all in our strong and long-standing franchise partnerships. It is important for us to establish a trustworthy and long-term relationship with our franchisees because they are the ones who give the vomFASS brand its identity and are responsible for its economic success.
