Business Show Media Acquires The Great British Business Show
Due to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, the change in dates has been made to ensure the show is a success for exhibitors, partners, speakers and visitors and to ensure the health and safety of all involved.
Managing Director of BSM, Christian Yandell, who is also Managing Director of the International Franchise Show and worked on the very first edition of The Great British Business Show, brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Speaking about the current acquisition he said “We are very excited to have acquired the show and to ensure we hold the most successful edition possible we have decided that postponing until June is the best option. We have not taken this decision lightly. Health and safety is of paramount importance to us and we have taken this step to ensure that no-one under our care is put at risk. We also feel that visitor numbers will be back to normal, if not greatly improved, by June.”
He added, “As new owners we want to be certain to deliver a show of the standards set previously and the extra time allows us to do this. We’ve also taken into account our large numbers of international visitors and exhibitors who would not be able to attend in the current climate. We are making this announcement today to give speakers, exhibitors and visitors as much notice as possible and to make plans accordingly.”
The latest instalment of the Great British Business Show will be the 43rd edition and is expected to attract 25,000 visitors to the ExCeL, London who want to start or grow their own business, sitting comfortably as the largest show of its kind in Europe.
