The 365 Challenge was created during August 2016 to raise awareness of the
effects of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. The reason is while it was becoming well
known that many soldiers were being diagnosed with PTSD. The reality of the
situation is PTSD will and does affect people of all ages and sex. It has been
calculated that around 25% of all deaths are the direct result of Mental Health issues.
So The 365 Challenge was born.
Initially it was an awareness campaign where people were asked to film themselves
performing a set number of reps and upload on to social media. Within a very short
space of time it was calculated that our films were being viewed around 100,000
times a month that equates to 1.2 million views a year.
At the beginning of 2019 we decided to change to a charity The 365 Challenge UK
with the sole aim is to raise £1 million. The money will be used to offer help in the
form of counselling and therapies. So how can you help? We are looking for
companies that would like to support us and for people to take up the 365 Challenge
if you would like to find out more details please visit Stand 1294.
We would like to thank the Business Show for deciding to become the official partner
of The 365 Challenge UK
