Jeans for Genes Day is the annual fundraising campaign for Genetic Disorders UK, the national charity that supports individuals and families affected by a genetic disorder.
Jeans for Genes Day encourages millions of school children and workplaces across the UK to swap their school uniform and suits and put on a pair of jeans in exchange for a small donation.
The campaign raises funds to support children and families affected by life-altering genetic disorders. Monies raised on Jeans for Genes Day will fund the work of Genetic Disorders UK and provide grants to organisations for projects, day-to-day support, equipment, respite and events which bring together affected children and their families.
