In this talk, I will be focusing on how to build a wellness routine that works even when life is at its busiest. With so much misinformation, quick fixes, and unrealistic advice circulating, it can be hard to know where to start. I’ll break down the process into clear, practical steps: first, identifying what wellness really means and setting realistic goals; second, learning how to integrate simple but effective habits, such as movement, nutrition, and stress management, into your existing busy schedule rather than trying to add hours to your day; and third, developing strategies to cut through the noise and recognise evidence-based practices over trends. My aim is to provide a framework that feels sustainable, flexible, and achievable, so that wellness becomes part of your lifestyle, not an overwhelming task on your to-do list.
