Caroline Price. In-field manager for 5 years. Supports and mentors the reps throughout their journey with Avon. A mentor and a coach, we help maximise their potential whilst supporting them as they support their teams. Business planning, coaching and ensuring effective communication with their teams are fundamental to our roles as BDSs, which in turn lead to a cascading and replication of good behaviours. Success and a sustainable income are where we firmly place our efforts with our teams.
