Chris Sims is the Chief Commercial Officer for BT Business, where he leads the team supporting over one million UK small businesses, alongside major private and public sector clients, including critical national services like 999 and the Emergency Services Network. His career boasts a wealth of experience, spanning the mobile industry and traversing the globe, where he honed his expertise with industry leaders such as EE and Orange.

Beyond his executive role, Chris is a passionate advocate for people development. He actively mentors emerging talent through BT’s Early Careers Programme, helping to shape the next generation of leaders. He’s also a vocal champion for mental wellbeing, promoting awareness and support across the organisation. Chris’s commitment to inclusion extends into the wider business community.
