Claudia Bish is the founder and CEO of global talent management agency, The Blogger Agent (TBA). In 2015, at just 19 years old, Claudia founded TBA after recognizing a lack of representation for the emerging wave of social media talent taking over platforms like Instagram and YouTube. Now, 11 years later, Claudia has grown TBA into a leading talent agency representing a fantastic pool of creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond, as well as models, television personalities, founders, and podcasters.

At the same time, Claudia expanded TBA internationally, opening offices in Dubai, New York, and Los Angeles. This global growth created new opportunities for talent across the UK, EU, UAE, and US to scale their careers and build long-term success in an ever-evolving industry.

In the midst of all this business development, Claudia, too, underwent several evolutions of herself. From a young founder navigating ageism, self-doubt, and a lack of work-life balance to flourishing into a front-facing entrepreneur with the kind of industry insight founders wish they had access to, Claudia is now ready to get down to ‘Bish’ness at the London Business Show this November.
