With over two decades of experience in digital marketing, retail, and education, Craig founded SME Local CIC in August 2023, a not-for-profit marketing agency built to deliver professional, affordable digital services for small businesses, while reinvesting profits into supporting charities and youth development.Driven by a deep belief in social equity, Craig has supported some of Croydon’s hardest-to-reach groups through inclusive employment programmes, charity partnerships, and creative skills training.
