Dan Archer

A franchise specialist with 20 years’ experience, Dan has helped over 350 franchisees to realise their dreams of self-employment. In 2010, unfortunate personal experience brought about a desire to change the UK care sector, beginning with a role at Home Instead Senior Care. As part of his commitment to orchestrating change, Dan attended Westminster consultations when cross-party groups were considering solutions for the ageing population. In 2015, he joined Europe’s largest live-in care provider, Promedica24, to help develop the UK division of the franchise. After establishing 20+ franchisees across the country, Dan once again took on a development role with an international brand. This time, with one of America’s largest care franchises: Visiting Angels. Dan launched the first UK office in October 2017. In less than 12 months, Visiting Angels Sheffield proved to be one of the brand’s most successful new businesses. Ever.
