Dr. Evangelia Louropoulou

Dr. Evangelia Louropoulou is an Environmental Scientist with extensive experience in Environmental Monitoring,
Risk Assessments and Management. She is the co-founder of RiskClima and participates actively
as a Consultant and Analyst in projects and applications related to ESG, Climate Change and Sustainability.
She is continuously involved in converting scientific data from external databases
and climate models to business tangible information using Data Analytics tools.
She is also a Consultant at the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission.

Dr. Louropoulou holds a Bachelor’s in Chemistry, a Master's in Chemistry and Environmental Technology (University of Athens)
and a Doctorate in Natural Sciences (Christian-Albrechts-Universität in Kiel - Germany).
She has participated in land and oceanographic missions, focusing on the assessment and management of environmental risks
and their links to Climate Change, and in numerous conferences.
Part of her scientific work has been published in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
