She is the owner of Curlew Secretarial Solutions, providing personalised support that enables her clients to focus on growing their businesses. As Director of the Society of Virtual Assistants (SVA), Gwen is committed to raising standards, sharing resources and promoting the essential contribution VAs make to businesses across the UK. She is also the co-founder of the North East VA Conference (NEVAC), an annual event bringing virtual assistants together to connect, learn and grow.
