and CEO of Young Ladies Club, a UK charity dedicated to empowering young women and
girls to achieve their educational, personal, and professional aspirations. Since establishing
the organisation in 2012, Hannah has led the development of innovative programmes that
support young women through mentoring, confidence-building, employability training,
leadership development, and access to positive role models. Under her leadership, Young
Ladies Club has partnered with leading organisations including Microsoft, PwC, Capgemini,
ASOS, and The Telegraph to deliver impactful initiatives that address inequality and expand
opportunities for young women from underrepresented communities.
Hannah is widely recognised for her work in youth development, education, employability,
entrepreneurship, diversity and inclusion, and personal development. She is a recipient of the
UK Social Enterprise Women’s Champion of the Year Award and is a passionate advocate
for creating pathways that enable young women to thrive.
