Leading Degree Apprenticeship strategy and operations for the University of West London, Janet has grown apprenticeship numbers from a handful of starters to over a thousand, working with a wide range of employers from micro business start-ups to global entities. With over thirty years' experience in higher education; specifically in vocational education and work-based learning, Janet is passionate about the value apprenticeships offer employer’s and their employees.
