Kim has over 30 years’ experience gained in-house and in private practice within a number of highly regarded law firms.
She has worked with all types of clients on business sales, acquisitions and joint ventures. Kim’s knowledge of key aspects of commercial law
allows her to advise on capital raising as well as partnership agreements, employee share schemes, IT and other commercial contracts.
