Lauren has been working as the HR Director at Farnell Clarke since April 2022, helping them to get Great Place to Work
accreditation for the first time in the company’s history. With almost two decades of HR and Organisation Design experience,
Lauren has worked across multiple sectors from manufacturing to healthcare to bio-tech and government.
Lauren is a member of the CIPD and also holds a Masters in Occupational Psychology and specialist interest in business resilience,
socio-technical design, and organisation change. She currently oversees the people elements of Farnell Clarke’s strategy and has
also engaged a number of clients offering similar services to assist in their growth. Having previously owned a furniture-making
business, she brings with her a lived experience of the pressures that business owners face and understanding of the
need for support from the experts in HR and finance services.
