Madeline Riley is a digital native and customer-focused brand marketer who currently works at Tinder and was previously at Meta. Over her almost 10-year career, Madeline has led brands to deliver everything from brand campaigns, events, partnerships, to curating digital communities. As part of her work at Meta, Madeline led strategy and campaigns for the small business audience and hosted an event series where she interviewed small businesses and entrepreneurs across the UK.

Madeline is also the host of the podcast ‘To Whom it May Concern,’ an interview series that serves as a guide to navigating career milestones and moments of failure as you climb your way to the top, however you define it.
