Megan Jones is the founder and CEO of Boss Babes Aesthetics and co-founder of viral beauty brand By Babes.

 In 2019, at just 19 years old, Megan founded Boss Babes Aesthetics with a simple belief: that confidence-boosting treatments should be done naturally, and done responsibly. Now, seven years later, she has grown the clinic into one of Manchester's leading destinations for natural aesthetics, offering everything from lip fillers and skin boosters to anti-wrinkle treatments.

Megan then expanded beyond the clinic, co-founding By Babes alongside Heather Bowling. Its hero product, a lash serum that has taken the internet by storm, turned the brand into a social media sensation and opened a whole new chapter of growth. Since then, she has launched another 35 SKUs, had an explosive growth of 440.65% from year one to year two, hired & fired staff, made money, wasted lots of money, and also made many mistakes, but she has since learnt the most important thing: the importance of staying in the game.
