Pamela Wynn is a Partner at Beaufort Private Equity, where she combines deep financial expertise with a passion for fostering inclusive wealth creation. Armed with a Business & Administration degree and the rigour of a CIMA qualification, Pamela brings a rare blend of financial precision and entrepreneurial savvy—first honed during her time as Financial Controller at The Aziz Corporation, an experience that laid the foundation for the work she does today in private equity.

She now guides entrepreneurs and investors through all stages of private equity—venture, growth, and buyouts—helping them become investment-ready and maximizing impact.

As the driving force behind Beaufort’s Women in Wealth initiative, Pamela empowers female investors by demystifying private equity, building confidence, and expanding access to capital. Based in Lanzarote, she’s equally comfortable keeping global members up-to-date on portfolio opportunities as she is discussing market insights over a virtual coffee.
