Phil is regarded as one of Europe’s leading cybersecurity experts. He has held 8 CISO roles spanning five different industry sectors over thirty years.

His 30 year+ experience was gained in a variety of high-profile technology and security management roles, enabling him to offer a unique and captivating insight to the world of information security, cyber-threats, and risk management. 

He has worked for HomeServe Plc, Yell Plc, Camelot, Skype, Nomura, Deloitte, TNT Express, UK Power Network, Arriva Plc and in 2019 was the cyber security SME for UK Government’s Cabinet Office.

Phil is also a board advisor for IP Performance and since July 2024 is Head of Cybersecurity Development for the accreditation body IASME.
