Rebekah is the CEO of Hatch Enterprise, a charity that supports underrepresented entrepreneurs in launching and growing sustainable businesses. With over two decades of non-profit leadership experience, including leading teams in the international development sector, she has built her career around unlocking potential in people and organisations. Rebekah is a vocal advocate for equitable access to entrepreneurship, firmly believing that talent is equally distributed but opportunities are not. She is passionate about helping people who are often excluded from entrepreneurship find the tools and opportunities to build a secure income and a lifestyle that works for them.
