Rob Wolfe

Rob has worked in physical and social regeneration on the front line and at strategic level for over 25 years. As well as his consultancy work with CHY he is continually creating and contributing to numerous social value metrics and proxies, in a bid to make social value more accessible and impactful for UK businesses, their clients and customers, and the communities within which they operate.

Rob is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, part of the Constructing Excellence Procurement Theme Group and contributed to many Social Value toolkits and papers including UK Green Building Council Social Value Programme, UK Government’s Value Toolkit, RIBA Academy and Social Value Toolkit. He is also a member of the Open Data Institute and Social Value UK.
