Woj is an experienced software developer and architect turned entrepreneur. He used to work for some of the biggest companies in the world - BlackRock and J.P.Morgan where he learned how to create reliable software at scale that handles billions of dollars every day. He used this knowledge to form his own software company along with his best friend. During 8 years of running TH-EY so far, he has been trough everything - from branding, sales and marketing to the daily grind of delivering high quality software.
