The Brown Skin Girls Network (BSGN) is a UK-based professional platform founded in 2023 to elevate Black women into leadership roles and entrepreneurship. It was created by a four-person executive team (Nkiru, Anya, Jane, and Jayne) who sought to build a "global sisterhood" to counteract the lack of senior representation and provide a supportive community.

The organisation is built on four core pillars: Mentorship (via its 'Elevators' program), Networking (hosting high-level mixers and international events), Retreats (focused on holistic self-care), and Funding (addressing the funding gap for Black women entrepreneurs).

In a significant step forward, BSGN has now transitioned into a Community Interest Company (CIC) under the BSGN Foundation, solidifying its commitment to social impact and sustainable community benefit.
