Black Women Empowerment Network Wales CIC, also known as BWEN Wales, exists to empower, connect, and uplift Black women and women from underrepresented communities across Wales by creating access to the knowledge, networks, opportunities, and support they need to thrive.

Our mission is to build a stronger, more inclusive Wales where Black women are not left behind in business, leadership, employment, enterprise, wellbeing, or community participation. We are rooted in Wales, with a particular focus on
supporting women across Swansea and wider Welsh communities, while building partnerships that create opportunities locally, nationally, and beyond.
