Here at Careers with Disabilities, we understand that disabled people face additional barriers when searching for a job. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to have a successful, well-supported career. With the devastating effects of Covid-19 on the UK economy, we understand that both job seekers and employers are facing further challenges that no one could have anticipated.

Our aim is to provide the tools, information and guidance to help connect jobseekers to Disability Friendly employers. With the number of employed disabled people increasing by 1.34 million from 2013 to 2019, we are supporting the continued growth of disabled people in accessible work.

We want to make looking for an accessible job as easy and stress-free as possible. Careers with Disabilities can support inclusive employers and people with learning difficulties, health conditions, or people with visible or non-visible disabilities every step of the way.
