The Impactful Community® is a welcoming, inclusive space for ambitious, values-driven businesswomen who want to be known for making an impact.

Founded in January 2025 by Rachel Dunford, The Impact Specialist, it has reached over 240 women across three continents since its very first session.

Twice a month we gather online. One session is an honest, uplifting conversation about what it really means to run a business with impact at its heart - the highs, the hard bits, and everything in between. The second is our hive mind clinic, where you show up with whatever you're grappling with and get met with warmth, ideas, and solutions from the people around you. We also come together in person for social lunches, celebrations and deeper conversations that go beyond what a screen can hold.

Members make friends, connections and collaborations here. They feel seen, supported, heard and validated, and many talk about finally feeling in the right room, no longer having to explain themselves or justify the way they do business.

We have been recognised across two sets of national business awards for what we are building together, winning Silver for Best Networking Group at the Best Businesswomen Awards 2025 and reaching the finals of the Best SME Awards 2026.
