Founded in 2007 and grown with love by Billie Sharp and Mary Flavelle since 2009, Ladies Who Latte is a free networking community for women in business built on one simple belief: that the best connections happen when people feel genuinely welcome.

As pioneers of the informal, no-agenda networking format — a approach now widely embraced across the industry — Ladies Who Latte has always put community before everything else. With over 100 groups across the UK and beyond, our meetings are free to attend, relaxed in format, and open to every woman in business, whatever stage of the journey she's on. Some of our members found us in their very first week of trading. Others have been showing up for years — and still keep coming back.
