Women in Banking & Finance (WIBF) is a UK-wide, volunteer-led social enterprise that has championed the advancement of women in financial services for over 40 years. With
branches in London, Bristol, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Norwich, and Northern Ireland, we support women at every career stage – from students to senior
executives.

Our mission is to ensure equal opportunities for women as employees, customers, and entrepreneurs in financial services. Through professional development programmes,
mentoring, thought leadership, and cross-industry collaboration, we work to drive systemic change, challenge structural barriers, and create more inclusive workplaces. We are also committed to social mobility, widening access to the industry and helping women from all backgrounds to thrive.

WIBF is built on vibrant communities tailored to our members’ needs and ambitions. These include the Future Leaders Network for early-career professionals, the Women in Tech
Network for those shaping innovation and digital transformation, the Female Entrepreneurs Network for founders, and the Female Financial Advisors Network for client-facing and
