Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of coaching so many capable, creative and inspiring neurodivergent entrepreneurs.
Again and again, we’ve seen the same truth: running a business with neurodiversity brings extraordinary strengths — but it can also bring very real challenges. From managing energy, focus and overwhelm, to navigating growth, leadership, visibility and decision-making, entrepreneurship can feel both exhilarating and exhausting.
That’s why we created Ascend Entrepreneurs: a community designed to meet those challenges with understanding, practical support and shared experience. A place where neurodivergent business owners can feel seen, supported and equipped to grow — not by forcing themselves into systems that were never built for them, but by developing strategies that work with the way their minds operate.
Designed specifically for neurodiverse entrepreneurs, Ascend Entrepreneurs combines practical learning, accountability, expert insight and community. The membership includes fortnightly webinars, weekly body doubling sessions, expert workshops and ongoing access to resources and support. It is not a passive content library, nor a one-size-fits-all business course. It is a structured, action-focused membership built around what actually works in practice.
Everything inside Ascend Entrepreneurs is grounded in evidence-backed methods, shaped by years of coaching real-life founders, and informed by the patterns Stephanie Camilleri has seen through thousands of hours of supporting neurodiverse individuals in life and business. The focus is not simply on understanding ADHD or neurodiversity in theory, but on helping founders apply that understanding to the real demands of entrepreneurship, from planning and decision-making to communication, confidence, consistency and leadership.
Stephanie Camilleri said:
“Too many neurodiverse founders are carrying the weight of brilliant ideas, huge amounts of potential and real ambition, while quietly battling overwhelm, inconsistency and burnout behind the scenes. Not because they are not capable, but because they have not been given support that reflects the reality of how they work.
Ascend Entrepreneurs was created to change that. This is a space for neurodiverse business owners who need more than motivation. They need practical support, accountability and strategies that are grounded in what actually works in real life.”
