Isys German is the founder of German Business, author of The Invisible Architecture of Connections, and publisher of Beyond Access.

Sophie Chatfield is the founder of Alunora, a sustainable swimwear brand built around versatility, quality and a genuine commitment to reducing fashion's environmental footprint. Every Alunora piece is made from fabric formed from recycled plastic bottles, combining eco-conscious materials with multiway, reversible, and detachable designs so each item does more with less.

Alunora launched in May 2025 as a solo, founder-led business, taking on every part of the brand herself. From design and sourcing through to marketing and fulfilment. That hands-on approach has shaped a brand that feels personal and considered; from choosing sustainable fabrics without compromising on fit and durability, to building a direct-to-consumer presence and growing an engaged community through organic, authentic social content.

Alec is a founder and content creator. He grew his LinkedIn from 0 → 111,000 in two years. He is the Director of We Grow, an executive branding and communications agency, which helps Founders and Executives turn deep expertise into an unmissable brand. Their done-for-you marketing services help you grow a distinct and influential brand at scale. In less than 12 months, they've helped clients in the technology, finance, and consulting sector build standout exposure.

Alec graduated from Warwick with a Bachelor's degree in History and Politics and has 12 years' experience in marketing. He started his career at L'Oreal, then moved to a challenger brand, Mitchum Deodorants, which became the fastest growing deodorant brand in the UK. He later led marketing for Listerine UK, before relocating to the US to work in executive communications for the Chief Growth Officer at Kenvue. 

Anya James is an author, TEDx speaker, UN delegate, and senior advisor with extensive expertise in strategy and executive leadership. As Director of Anya James Consultancy Ltd, she provides strategic counsel to leaders and organisations across investment banking, private equity, technology, music, education systems, and royal families. She joins The Business Show as an Ambassador to champion leadership, entrepreneurial growth, and strategic development.

With more than a decade spent at the heart of the UK creator economy, he has helped shape some of British YouTube’s most watched, influential and culturally significant entertainment. His credits span Sidemen, Steven Bartlett, Channel 4, UNILAD, LADbible, Footasylum, JD Sports, Beta Squad, Nella Rose and The Chicken Connoisseur.

Lou Nylander has spent nearly twenty years in B2B marketing across adtech and media, with senior roles at Unruly, PubMatic, AOL UK and MediaCom. She now works as a fractional CMO through Wildflowers LDN Ltd and as an ICF-accredited executive coach at wild for purpose. In 2016 she founded Wildflowers of London, a professional women's collective that has grown to over 900 members and won Community Business of the Year at the London Chamber of Commerce SME Awards.

The collective is now formalised as Wildflowers Women's Collective CIC. Lou speaks internationally on marketing, leadership and community building, with recent appearances at Cannes Lions, UN Women UK, Cambridge and King's College London. She holds an MA in Creative Industries from Birkbeck and has taught on the university's Pioneer Programme for seven consecutive years.

Marnie Swindells began boxing at 17 years old in her hometown of Oldham. Following the sudden death of her father she used boxing as a way to express grief, channel aggression and cope with change. In these early years she discovered a passion for the sport that would go on to shape her career. After moving to London ages 18, she spent the next 5 years competing as an amateur boxer, becoming a coach and exploring boxing as a promoter. This time gave her a deep understanding of the discipline, confidence, and resilience that boxing can build as well widening her horizons of what's possible in the business side of boxing.
