Karrix Pilot Driver App Shift and live location, route offers with a countdown to accept, today's route with Google Maps or Waze navigation, barcode pickup that catches the wrong parcel, photo and signature proof of delivery, cash and earnings tracking, an SOS button, and offline support that saves actions on weak signal. The app runs in English and Arabic with a full right-to-left layout.
Merchants and End Customers Merchants book orders with the fee shown as they fill in the form, mark orders ready in bulk, follow each order's timeline, view settlements, and connect through the Orders API and signed webhooks. Customers get a bilingual tracking page with an arrival window, a live driver map, a proof-of-delivery photo, a star rating, an e-invoice and "Return this order".
Local Where It Matters Kuwait support is built in, with PACI addresses and KNET. The platform also offers your own branding, road-distance pricing, push notifications and a full audit trail.
