How it works
• Phase 1, Social Value Review (2–4 weeks): we review your existing activity, commitments and tender requirements, then build a joint, tender-ready delivery plan.
• Phase 2, Bid Submission Support: we help turn the plan into clear commitments, responsibilities and evidence requirements, and review your social value response before submission.
• Phase 3, Delivery Partnership: after award, we deliver the agreed programmes, coordinate activity and report progress against your commitments.

Evidence you can trust
Progress is tracked through our Belonging Index application (Hapstar), with a monthly dashboard and quarterly impact report. Commitments are aligned to the buyer’s framework, including TOMs where used.
