You will require a Sponsor Licence in order to hire any overseas national with most types of acquired skills mentioned in the Home Office website. We have a separate team who is experienced and working on providing Sponsorship Licence to employers who meets the criteria of Home Office.

In order to apply for a Sponsorship Licence you will have to make an application and submit it to the Home Office and pay the applicable fees. The employer has to show to the Home Office about the employment role that they are recruiting for and also what kind of skills the person has who got recruited.
