We welcomed our young people and their guardians to join us for an interactive workshop, a panel discussion, the all-important awards ceremony, and a family-style dinner.
What is NatWest Thrive?
NatWest Thrive is a movement for young people designed to encourage a growth mindset and the development of good money habits. It has been designed by specialist youth workers at the NYA in consultation with young people and their youth workers and has already inspired over 1,100 young people.
Young Ladies Club joined the movement in 2024 and have already supported two cohorts of young people through the programme, delivering the following sessions during the programme:
· Money Mindsets, Ambition, Personal Vision, and Money Talks
· Famous Failures
· Success & Employability
· Budgeting
