Ascend ADHD provides sustained, practical support for organisations that want to move beyond one-off ADHD awareness training and embed neurodiversity-friendly practice into everyday workplace culture.
Developed from the workplace ADHD training and coaching expertise of The ADHD Advocate, Ascend was created in response to a clear gap: awareness alone is not enough. Many organisations want to support ADHDers well, but without ongoing guidance, accountability and practical structures, the impact of training can fade and challenges often resurface.
Ascend partners with organisations over time to help managers, leaders and teams build the confidence, capability and language needed to support ADHDers before conflict arises. Our work includes tailored leadership development, manager training, coaching-led support, case consultation, practical tools and templates, and guidance around policy, process and reasonable adjustments.
We help organisations translate neurodiversity insight into everyday behaviours: how meetings are run, how deadlines are managed, how feedback is given, how performance is supported, and how communication can become clearer and more effective.
At the heart of Ascend is a commitment to ongoing, hands-on support. We believe helping ADHDers reach their potential does not happen in a single session, and genuine culture change is not a tick-box exercise. Through check-ins, feedback loops and accountability, Ascend helps organisations create healthier, more collaborative workplaces with fewer disputes, earlier interventions, clearer expectations and stronger working relationships.
Ascend also supports neurodiverse business owners through Ascend Entrepreneurs, including Momentum: an ongoing membership that combines practical learning, implementation and accountability. Momentum helps neurodiverse founders understand how their brain may be shaping the way they run and grow their business, then apply that learning through webinars, body doubling, expert workshops and a supportive portal community.
