Established with a clear social purpose, Case-UK creates SAFE (Supportive Action For Everyone) spaces where people can speak openly, access the right support and feel seen, heard and valued. Our mission is simple: to people feel seen, heard and valued.

Too often, support arrives only after a problem has escalated, when sickness absence, disengagement, staff turnover and lost productivity are already affecting people and organisational performance.

As a trusted delivery partner, we work alongside local authorities, Welsh Government, NHS organisations, the Department for Work and Pensions, employers, housing associations, educational institutions and voluntary sector organisations. Our programmes have supported more than 16,000 individuals, with impact spanning improved mental wellbeing, continued employment and stronger workplace health and wellbeing practices.
