Lotos Consulting
Why "Lotos"?
The Lotus flower grows its roots deep in muddy water before rising clean and blooming above the surface. We believe that all organizations encounter the need for change, improvement and reimagination. Our purpose is to partner intentionally and supportively with enterprises and individuals to assess, plan and execute the work required to navigate the “muddy water” and emerge with an intentional, sustainable infrastructure and approach.
What We Believe:
We know that our true organizational culture is what we do every day, not what we say we do. Not recognizing this limits our ability to improve all outcomes.
What We Offer:
With a goal of improved organizational and individual outcomes, our services are focused on:
Identification, assessment, reimagination and grow of authentic, intentional organizational culture
Professional development and collaboration mapping for leadership teams and individuals
Executive/leadership coaching
Diverse perspectives and honest conversation on our podcase, Cultivating Culture, where we dive into current events, the evolving world of work and the intersection of people and culture
