People Flow is an HR consultancy to luxury and creative brands, and an HR community. Founded in 2021 by Abigail Wilmore, we bring human-centred people and culture solutions to founder-led businesses, family offices and investment portfolios.
Our services include outsourced people services, fractional Chief People Officer support, leadership and executive coaching, strategic advisory across culture, organisation design and AI transformation, talent solutions, and bespoke development experiences for HR teams.
Abigail brings over 20 years' experience in the luxury industry across fashion, beauty, hospitality and automotive, including in-house Chief People Officer roles at Stella McCartney, Barbara Sturm and Tom Ford Fashion. She works alongside founders, CEOs and senior executives through hyper-growth, scale-up and change, bringing clarity, stability and energy.
Through the PF Community, we create space for HR professionals to build thought leadership and collective resilience through immersive events, learning experiences and well-being tools.
