Matt’s strength lies in helping leadership teams sharpen positioning, maximise experience, create customer belief, and turn strategic clarity into commercial momentum.

Jenny Jarvis leads the people side of growth. She has helped hundreds of people unlock what is holding them back, build stronger relationships, and lead with greater confidence, clarity and momentum. Her work focuses on the human side of scale: mindset, behaviour, confidence, communication, leadership presence and the internal alignment required for sustainable performance.

John Gallifant brings deep pedigree in Operational Excellence as an operations strategist who has worked with Virgin Active, Odeon Cinemas, and a range of household names across leisure and retail. His expertise lies in turning complexity into consistency, helping businesses strengthen systems, standards and execution so the customer promise can be delivered reliably, profitably and at scale.
